RawScan Terms of Service
1. What RawScan is
RawScan is a free cryptocurrency market scanner. It shows live prices, activity scores, charts, and breakout screens built from public market data (CoinGecko, DexScreener, Alternative.me, and TradingView widgets). RawScan is part of the Nova family of tools and is operated by Paul Geller of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA. By using RawScan you agree to these terms.
2. Not financial advice
RawScan is for informational purposes only. The score is a weighted activity index — price movement, volume, and spikes — not a prediction, and nothing in RawScan is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose money. Do your own research.
3. Free tier and Pro
The scanner itself is free. Paid plans:
- RawScan Pro — $3.99/month: unlocks the Breakouts tab and live candlestick charts.
- Nova All-Access — $10.99/month: Pro across all Nova apps, including RawScan.
Prices are in US dollars, shown in the app and at checkout, and subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
4. Free trial and billing
Paid plans include a 3-day free trial: cancel during the trial and you are never charged; otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record — we never see or store your full card details. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Data accuracy
Market data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price, score, or chart, and we are not responsible for losses from decisions made using the app.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use RawScan for anything illegal, to disrupt or overload the service, or to scrape it in ways that degrade it for others. You must be 18 or older to use the paid features.
7. No warranties; liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
